Join me as I tell you a story about the first time I went to Cream. It was 10:15 PM on a Saturday night, when I suddenly got a hankerin' for some ice cream. I've tried just about every spot in San Jose, and I'm not very impressed with most of the options. I got online and looked for something different, and noticed I had never heard of this place or been. It wasn't hard to convince my wife to put on her jacket, and go out in the cold to grab an unnecessary treat. When we got there, we saw a group of about 10 teenagers ahead of us. When we asked if they were in line, they scowled, then turned their backs to us and didn't respond. I thought that was pretty rude, but then I noticed they were speaking Hebrew while the only word I could decipher was "muslim." That's when I realized what was happening, as it has a thousand times before. You see, me and my wife are middle eastern, and usually, Israelis act this way towards my wife and her sister, and cower when her brothers or I are present. This time they did it even with a man present, very out of character. I think the current climate in politics has these particular kids riled up more than usual, and thus emboldened them. As usual, we took the high road and disregarded their petty hatred. We waited and watched as an employee by the name of Arsh was handling all of their orders solo. I felt for Arsh, he was working very hard, all while giving great customer service. Running back and forth to take orders, make shakes, scoop ice cream, and take payments. When it was our turn to order, it was 10:35 at night, and Arsh was still smiling and offering samples to us. The ice cream was delicious, with a texture like none other. Take it from me, I eat ice cream on the treadmill, I'm an expert. I wanted to give Arsh a personal tip, but he refused to take it, because there was a tip jar and he didn't want to break any rules. This is the kind of guy that every employer wishes they had on their team. I want to give a big shout out to Arsh, and I hope the owner sees this review and gives him a raise, and 3 scoops of gratitude. Arsh is the man, even though the ice cream was great, it was Arsh and his service that makes us want to go back again.

Cream is a fun spot that definitely delivers on nostalgia! The concept of ice cream sandwiches takes me back, and I love the variety they offer. You can mix and match flavors and cookies to your heart's content, which is a big plus! The **portions** are sizeable, so you definitely get your money's worth, although I found the prices to be a bit on the expensive side. It's a treat, for sure, but you'll want to keep that in mind. Now, let's talk about flavor. The ice cream is super flavorful, but I did notice that it doesn't taste as fresh as I'd hoped. It's still enjoyable, but I've had better in terms of freshness. On the bright side, the cookie texture is amazing! They're soft and chewy, providing the perfect balance to the ice cream. Overall, Cream is a great place to indulge in some childhood nostalgia with generous portions, but it could use a little improvement in the freshness department. Worth a visit if you're in the mood for a treat!

First time trying this place! Craved for ice cream after dinner and saw they have few branches on South bay! I got 2 scoops - rocky road and sort of mocha/coffee flavored ice cream (memory lapse ). It was gooooooood! Flavorful, thick, and packed! Should've gotten 1 scoop only but hey, I finished it! Lol It was creamy and has the nice consistency. Service was good. They're ready to answer questions about the menu and you can sample the flavors as well. Shop is located on a residential/commercial area so there's enough parking. There are indoor and outdoor seating but inside, it was way too hot for an ice cream shop loooool idk if they have AC problems that day lol.

What's better than a freshly baked cookie with creamy delicious ice cream?...not much! I love these ice cream sand who he's because they taste so fresh. If cookies aren't your thing, you can also get just the ice cream which is great too. My favorite ice cream if you are a vanilla base fan is the churro ice cream. I recommend getting a combo of 2 different types of cookies. There is so much ice cream in between the two that you can eat them separately if that's your thing. Great management here. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. They also have cute seating outside if you are looking to sit. However, very little to no seating inside.
